Exchange and Return Policy
Within 7 days of the order date, you may return items purchased from Cashiers, provided they are in new condition with original packaging, and the product carton has not been opened.
The exceptions include: (programs).
Non-returnable items include, but are not limited to: (shipping fees, software and services).
All issues related to non-returnable items must be resolved with their manufacturer as Cashier is only an intermediary for purchasing only.
The returned goods should not be more than 15 days since the original shipment date, so please check for yourself whether the goods are used or not before requesting a return.
All shipping damages must be reported to "Cashiers" within 3 days of delivery, in order to claim damage with the carrier.
The customer must confirm the sizes and details before completing the order, otherwise he must pay any costs resulting from the replacement and return of shipping, delivery and other expenses.
To return the product to "Cashiers", please follow the following steps:
- Email us your when you log in to request a return merchandise form.
- An Order Return Form will be emailed to you within one business day.
- Once you have received the Return Request Form via email, please follow the instructions provided to submit your return request.
- Fill out the replacement or return request form.
- Our customer service team will process the return within 5 working days (some return requests may take longer).
- If you do not receive an email response within 4 business days, please email us for order status.
- After following the above instructions, you will receive instructions by e-mail on how and where to return the product.
- If your request is approved, a bill of lading will be sent to you, which we hope you will print and attach with the request and hand it over to the shipping representative.
- The above-mentioned return process does not take place until the parts sent to us arrive and are in compliance with the terms of return.
The customer has the right to exchange or return without raising any additional costs in the following cases:
- There is a manufacturing defect in the product.
- The product is damaged due to shipping.
- Received a different product from the requested product.
- The product is exchanged or returned within seven working days of receiving it, and three days in times of offers and sales.
* The customer bears the shipping value in the event of replacement or return, except for the previously mentioned cases, the store will bear all costs.
* In the event that the customer requests the return of his amount, the process takes up to 14 working days until the amount is returned to his bank account.
* The exchange process usually takes 14 working days.
Cashiers do not provide recharge. We cannot refund the original shipping fee.
Merchandise will normally be returned to the original payment method, minus a 15% restocking fee.

The sales invoice and receipt is a necessary guarantee for the distributing agent in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, because “Cashiers” is considered an authorized distributor for him, and if the products are from a foreign manufacturer that does not have an agent or distributor in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, the Cashiers are responsible for guaranteeing the product to the customer.
